Sarnia, Ontario – On April 30, 2016, Lambton Mall is presenting the movie Free Willy at Cineplex to raise funds for local charity Noelle’s Gift. Presented by Lambton Mall and sponsored by Blackburn Radio, the event begins at 9:00 am with free face painting, balloon animals, costumed characters and prizes, with the movie Free Willy commencing at 10:00 a.m. Tickets are just $10 and include popcorn, pop and admission to the movie and will be available at Guest Services in Lambton Mall beginning March 30.

Each year, Lambton Mall organizes a variety of charitable events with proceeds donated to a charity within the local community. These events, along with local business sponsorships, focus on enriching the lives of children, and form the basis of Lambton Mall’s Community IMPACT program. Lambton Mall is excited to announce that this year’s benefactor is Noelle’s Gift.

Noelle’s Gift was created to honor fallen teacher Noelle Paquette and her love for children. Designed to provide assistance for children and their families in need or crisis in their school communities, without delay or red tape, Noelle’s Gift has funded nearly $300,000 in community programs since 2013.

This year’s Community IMPACT fundraising events also include a Spring Fashion Show at Lambton Mall on Thursday April 14, an outdoor kid’s “Patio Party” on Saturday, May 28, and a hike relay by a team of Lambton Mall employees on Wednesday June 15, 2016. Over the past four years, Lambton Mall’s dedicated team has raised nearly $20,000 for local charities.
